Sean McReady began his marching career at Phoenixville Area High School in Phoenixville, PA. Upon graduation, he joined The Bushwackers, in addition to the West Chester University Marching Band. He went on to march with the Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corps.

Sean's teaching career began at the same time as he joined the Bushwackers, taking over as Phoenixville's Cymbal Tech in 1996. Since then he has taught several award winning programs in Southeastern PA and New Jersey. He joined the Bushwackers percussion staff in 2000, marching and teaching until 2004, when he was a member of the visual staff for the Lehigh Valley Knights. After a year in the brass line in 2005, he returned to the percussion staff in 2006 and has been in that role ever since.

When not with the Bushwackers, Sean is the drummer for McReadyRocK, out of Philadelphia, PA.
