Darrell Woodliff - Color Guard Caption Head

The Bushwackers are pleased to welcome back Darrell Woodliff to the Bushwackers in 2011 as the Color Guard Caption Head.

Darrell was a performing member of the corps from 1988-2000, during which time the corps won 5 DCA World Championships and 3 color guard championships. He served as the color guard captain from 1996-2000 and won several DCA Individual titles during his time with the corps.

Darrell began his drum corps career as a member of the 1984 Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps. Following his long tenure with the Bushwackers he marched with the Syracuse Brigadiers from 2001-2004, winning 2 world championships and 2 color guard championships.

His indoor performing experience includes two WGI World Class Finalists: Just Class (2000, 2001) and Blessed Sacrament World Guard (2002-2004) where he also served as captain in 03 and 04.

Darrell has been instructing guards, both indoor and outdoor, since 1991. His long list of guards and accomplishments include:
