Alex Nielsen - Born 6/11/70. Alex lives in Parsippany and is a graduate of William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey. He is a web developer for Apex Foot Health Industries and is also a percussion instructor at Parsippany High School and W. Orange High School. During Alex's free time he is perfecting his golf swing while also being a big fan of the Grateful Dead and Phish. 2003 was his 11th year in the Bushwackers playing Bass and Snare drum. Alex was the original host and designer of the Bushwackers web site while attending Rutgers University. His operating system of choice is Windows XP or Linux although he was formerly a Mac die-hard. Dave Linton - Born 04/26/69. Dave is a graduate of Trenton State College (now The College of New Jersey) where he received a Bachelor's of Arts in Music Education. Dave has been with the Bushwackers since 1986 playing in the horn line for 10 of those years and is currently on the brass instructional staff. He has been working on the Bush page for several years. He works as a Sales Engineer for ITXC Corporation. His operating systems of choice are Windows XP and UNIX. Vinny Esposito - Born 11/24/70. Vin is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook (now the University at Stony Brook) where he received a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science. Vin has been with the Bushwackers since 1997 playing in the horn line on mellophone. He has been working with Alex and Dave on the Bush page since the Fall of 1997. He works as a UNIX Sysop/Help Desk/Jack of all Trades for Bear Stearns and Co. His operating systems of choice are UNIX (preferrably Solaris 2.6) and Windows '95.
