Directions to New Jersey City University Music rehearsal for the horns and drums will be held at Rossey Hall. Colorguard rehearsal will be held at Fries Hall. Click here for a map of the campus. From the north: Take any road which leads to Route 1-9 (Tonnele Avenue in Hudson County). Pick up Kennedy Boulevard at Journal Square. The University is approximately three miles south of Journal Square. From the east: Take the Holland Tunnel to Jersey City and pick up the New Jersey Turnpike shortly after you leave the tunnel. Get off at Exit 14B. Turn left at the traffic light and make the first right turn to Bidwell Avenue. Take Bidwell as far as you can. Make a left turn at Bergen Avenue and a quick right to Audubon Avenue. The University is located between Audubon and Culver on Kennedy Boulevard. Parking lots are located off Culver Avenue. From the south: Take the Garden State Parkway to the New Jersey Turnpike. Get off at Exit 14B and follow the instructions above. You can get off at Exit 15E. In that case follow Comunipaw Avenue to Route 440 and pick up Culver Avenue at the jughandle on Route 440. From the West: Pick up the New Jersey Turnpike at Newark Airport and get off at Exit 14B. Follow the instructions described under "From the east". You can also reach the College by taking the Pulaski Skyway or Raymond boulevard and Communipaw Avenue to Route 440.
