Bushwackers Announce 2007 Program - Around the Town

The Bushwackers are very proud to announce their 2007 program entitled, Around the Town. Based on Leonard Bernstein's New York inspired works, including "On the Town" and "Fancy Free", the show paints a musical portrait of a day touring New York City - the nation's artistic capital. The music captures not only the passion and energy of Bernstein's youth, but also the musical diversity of the city itself.

We will continue our tradition of exploring a variety of musical styles, while challenging both our members and audiences alike, as we embark on a fast paced, energetic journey through the greatest city in the world. You will be treated to a blend of jazz, classical, and musical styles as eclectic as the people that make up the great city of New York.
