The Bushwackers are pleased to announce the addition of Chris Hawkins to the 2009 Brass Team. Chris will serve on the instructional staff with an emphasis on low brass.

Chris has been with the Bushwackers for 3 seasons, including as a member of the 2006 World Champion Brass Section. In addition to the Bushwackers, his marching experience includes Magic of Orlando and the Cadets of Bergen County. His teaching credits include Pioneer and many bands in the NJ/PA region. Chris is an exceptional musician and a well sought after clinician, consultant, and trombonist. He received his Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Education from The College of New Jersey and his Master's Degree in Music Performance from the Jacobs School of Music at the University of Indiana.
